consciousness when top marketer Stephen Pierce revealed how he'd been
secretly using them to create a tidal-wave of traffic to his own
websites over the past few years. Read his outstanding book - "Under
Oath".
Most definitively of all - he famously
printed copies of his ClickBank statements and demonstrated that he
regularly sold $30,000 worth of online goods in each two week period.
The world was hooked on Smart Pages... and
just about everyone tried to jump onboard.
Several software packages (all with
confusingly similar names) were launched to try to capitalize on the
Smart Page goldmine rush.
But before I tell you about my eye-opening
personal experience with Smart Pages, let's just rewind for one moment
and demystify exactly what a Smart Page is...

You may have read a load of "hocus-pocus"
about Smart Pages, so let's start with ironing out precisely what they
are and why they work so well.
A Smart Page is quite simply an additional
page on your website and it is specifically optimized in order to
zero-in on one specific search term.
Search engines apply various criteria for
deciding whether your website or page should be shown as a relevant
match to the person who has just carried out a search.
Criteria like the density of relevant
keywords within the first X number of characters are taken into account.
All Smart Page technology does is to produce
these additional pages.
In fact, you could do it by hand and some
people do -- but that would typically take you a great deal of time and
as with so much else connected with internet marketing, why do it
manually.... when there's great software available to handle the
creation of Smart Pages in a fraction of the time and way more
effectively than you could ever create yourself?

I promised you compelling evidence that
Smart Pages work and it's always easier to prove something if you've
done it yourself. I have. And I'm proud to be able to reveal the outcome
of just a tiny fraction of my Smart Page success.
In simple terms, I've been able to grab a
vast range of money-spinning PAGE ONE Google results for each of my 14
'How To' toolkits
that I market online. Put simply: "Smart Pages have made me a fortune!"
SmartPage Generator is marketed by
leading creator of software products, Armand Morin.
As with everything Armand does, this is
not only well packaged, but is also supported by outstanding
customer service too.
Price $97.
Smart Page Generator has the distinction
of being the only package which is backed by Stephen Pierce, who you
recall has several thousand Smart Pages working for him every day.
It was the first of this new generation
of Smart Page software and from my own tests, it can certainly do a
reasonable job of creating Smart Pages and in my case they did
eventually get indexed by Google.
The product hasn't been updated at the
time of writing and this has allowed other Smart Page software to
overtake it in terms of functionality.
One such shortcoming is the fact that
you cannot store your newly created Smart Pages on your own PC,
instead you have to upload them to your server. That's fine, and you
can always copy them back locally again - but it would be nice to
see this function built in.
The above shortcoming seems to lead
straight into the next one, because you can't easily edit your
previously created Smart Pages (remember the programmer didn't even
intend you to have them stored locally) and that means that making
subtle changes to your already created pages can be a bit of a pain.
SmartPage Generator Summary Although this is the software that lead the way, it has now been
superseded by products which offer greater flexibility and
functionality.It won't be a disaster to own this package -
it will help you achieve good rankings, but it isn't the "bee's
knees" anymore!
This Smart Page creation software has
received more ongoing attention from its programmer, than its
competitors.
Now on version 4, this software comes
with more features than all the others, and also benefits from first
class customer support
Price $147 (a few may be left on
discount at $97).
Enthusiastically developed by Portuguese
programmer, Carlos Martinho, Smart Page Creator is the most
sophisticated of the 3 products reviewed.
The software is very well presented and easy
to use. Detailed instructions are provided, as well as inline help and I
recall that I was surprised to have my very first Smart Pages created
quite so quickly.
Version 4 of this software is truly feature
packed. For example, you can now create up to 50 Smart Pages in one go
(it used to be just 10). Not that you should always attempt to find 50
keywords - remember you've got to keep everything targeted with Smart
Pages - but it is nice to have the option there. Another nice feature is
that you can produce fewer Smart Pages too. It sounds crazy, but other
packages have a nasty tendency to force you to come up with at least 10
keywords and sometimes that can be difficult.
I mentioned that V4 of this software has
been kept up-to-date and there are some wonderful new features including
the ability to collect opt-in email addresses from anyone who comes via
one of the Smart Page entrances to the website. That's a very useful
feature.
When using this package, I fond that on
average I get 7 out of 10 of my chosen keyword phrases appear on Page
One of Google. This seems to compare with 4 or 5 out of 10 when using
the other software mentioned on this page. This is difficult to prove
absolutely, because you can only register one set of keywords using one
Smart Page creation piece of software - but I'm convinced I'm getting
the best results with this particular piece of software.
SmartPage Creator Summary Very impressive piece of software from a programmer who really knows
what he's doing. I'm impressed by Carlos' ongoing commitment to develop
the software and that gives it the edge over its rivals.
Smart Page Creator even has a "Search Engine
Anti-Spam" feature that creates *unique* content for each smart page.
None of the other packages offer this excellent feature.
My own results were achieved using SmartPage Creator. An outstanding
package.
A built-in wizard guides you through the
creation of your Smart Pages, making this software simple to use.
It also has the ability to create 4
different types of Smart Pages.
Price $97.
SmartPage PRO provides so called "Smart
Billboard". These are Smart Frames which allow you to display other web
sites or affiliate links while keeping visitors on your own web site,
and also Smart Flash for even smoother page redirection purposes. This
feature is also available in Smart Page Creator.
SmartPage PRO comes across to me as the "me
too" of the Smart Page Creation software. It may well be very good, but
I haven't found anything specific to recommend about the software which
made it stand out for me. I have contacted the owners to ask them to
clarify any points which I've missed.
SmartPage PRO Summary No drawbacks that I can see and I like the idea of the wizard guided
process, making it easy to use. That said, there's nothing bowling me
over about this package either. It probably just does what it says on
the package!
Through sheer enthusiasm for his
product, Carlos has made Smart Page Creator the market leader.
More features than any of the others, as
well as being the package that generated the best results for me.
And if Smart Page Creator was good before,
it's only been improved by the newly released version 4. Now it
contains features which the other Smart Page software hasn't even
dreamed about yet.
For example, you can collect opt-in email
addresses as visitors pass through the doorway pages you've created.
There's also more flexibility with this software, because it allows as
few Smart Pages as you want (say just 5 for example), but will also
allow you to create up to 50 at any one time. Remember though that you
should only create Smart Pages for the number of useful "Key Phrases"
that really apply to you.
Conclusion
Smart Page Creator even has a "Search Engine
Anti-Spam" feature that creates *unique* content for each smart page.
None of the other packages offer this excellent feature, which prevents
all your Smart Pages from looking the same.
Smart Page Creator IS the market leader and
it is well worth the extra $50 sale price over its rivals. However, at
the time of writing there are a limited number of copies available at a
reduced rate (less than 17 of them) and you should try to secure one of
those for yourself now.
First onto the market and backed by Stephen
Pierce. This leading software is starting to show its age and there are
more advanced alternatives on the market now.
